Modern dentistry puts pressure on the aesthetic satisfaction of the patient. Pink aesthetics is one of the pillars of a beautiful smile. Gingival biotype affect the outcome of dental treatment, the differences in the treatment results are varied in response to injury or inflammation. That is the reason why identification of the periodontal biotype is so important in clinical practice. The gingival thickness improvement can be achieved not only by surgical methods, but also by using the biostimulating properties of substances and techniques used in aesthetic medicine.
