This paper presents a case report of double mesiodens in 7-year-old female patient with a positive family history of supernumerary teeth. The teeth had a conical shape. One of them was partially erupted. The second, detected by radiological examination, was impacted, and placed horizontally. Due to the crowding of the central incisors, a decision was made to extract both supernumerary teeth. The procedure was performed under local anesthesia. The healing process was normal. The article presents the statistics of occurrence, etiology, diagnostics, possible complications, and management in case of detection of median teeth.

Key words: hyperdontia, mesiodens, impacted tooth.
