Extraction methods are often used in orthodontic treatment, including extraction of one of the mandibular incisors. The incidence depends on the beliefs of clinicians and varies over time. The aim of the study is to present the final effect of orthodontic therapy with extraction of a lower incisor of a juvenile patient. The presented case demonstrates the possibility of successful eliminaton of anterior crowding in the lower arch by extracting one of the mandibular incisors.
